After Seattle, we managed to load up a truckload of stuff and drive it out to Minneapolis, a wonderful 3 day drive through the West. Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Minnesota. After unloading in Minneapolis, we drove down to Des Moines, Iowa to my parents' house for further rest and relaxation. Unfortunately, my camera bit the dust, so I had to use F.'s camera, fortunately very similar to mine.
We saw a lot of people and had a wonderful time. I thought I would share a few of the photos of the places along the way. One state at a time.
Downtown Seattle. F. loved the look of the Smith Tower, once the tallest building in the U.S. outside of NYC. A long time ago.
F. took this wonderful photo of taxi meter rates as we were driving to pick up the truck that took us halfway across the country.
