Pig's Blood Soup

Here's a yummy bowl of Ju Xie Tang, or pig's blood soup. We drove for about 30 minutes to reach this restaurant (forget the name just now, but i'll see if I can dig it up somewhere...), and I have to say, it was worth the drive. Delicious!
